NOTES: | Many people confuses
"Maintenance" with "Repair" and some times, even believe that "Under
Warranty" must cover failures presented to their units due events that are
not, in any case, related to warranties. Warranties are very explicit and are related mainly, to DEFECTS on Manufacture. Any unit that has been working for some time, under normal and accepted conditions, not necessarily will be covered by the warranty if the damage is caused for other causes that normal use under the conditions that are required for that particular item. Warranty does not cover neither, any wearable part or regular maintenance that must be performed, in average, every 30 to 40 hours of use. Excess of oil is one of the biggest problems for failures. People believe, that because the unit has a bath of oil, will not fail, This is wrong and the unit will fail faster than lack of oil. Please read carefully your warranty and note what is covered and how is covered. Remember also, that we only sell these products but we do not cover them under warranty, we only send those units to the Manufacturers for them to cover your warranty as a service to our Customers. We only perform repairs and maintenance OUT of the warranty. NO ITEM CAN BE SEND TO US FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT AN RMA (RMA= Return Merchandise Authorization) Packages arriving without an RMA will be refused without any responsibility in our side. Packages must be sent to us fully insured. We are not responsible for damages on shipping goods to us. A letter indicating the failure or nature of the service to perform, must be attached to each unit
