When Siegfried Lang finished his education as a baker, he couldn’t imagine that today (2010), he would possess 100 bakery-outlets in the greater Stuttgart area. The bakery company is still run as a family business and Mr. Lang himselfs controlls the quality of his bakery goods daily, as well as the design and the cleanlyness of his outlets, which are operated as a franchise-system. Also in our miniture world an outlet just opened around the corner and lots of customers are already there. The house is bright and clean and invites for shopping or just a cup of coffee.
