Viessmann 5539 Flashing Light
The speed can be adjusted. You can choose between two functions: Function A: The outputs are switched in succession. So either one bulb or one LED is lit at a time. Function B: The outputs are switched on in succession and switched of all together. You can use function B for neon signs.
